PRO Group is a 25 year old member owned not for profit organization which has positioned itself through the years as the preeminent place for larger consumer electronics specialty retailers. As the industry has changed, so has PRO as we have developed new and unique business services to support the ever changing landscape at retail. One constant in our formula has been to focus our efforts on the solution end of the business and cater to the better products that our channel needs to differentiate from the mass market.

PRO Group Retailer Members consist of some of the largest, most successful home and mobile entertainment regional retailers in the U.S. who are dedicated to advancing the latest technologies and customer services. PRO consists of a broad cross section of different retailer channels throughout the U.S. including brick, brick and click and on line retailers with best in class merchandising, product selection, product knowledge and services.

PRO Group provides many added value benefits to the Membership in conjunction with our Vendor partners and offers many best practice sharing events and services. PRO is also engaged in an alliance with HES (Home Entertainment Source).
